Job Details
Our client, based on the South Coast are looking for a member of staff as their HMO Additional Licensing Scheme finishes early next year. Due to this they have a backlog of licences to be issued as they were unable to carry out routine inspections during the Covid restrictions. They therefore need extra support to carry out HMO inspections to enable them to issue the licences before the end of the scheme.
They are committed to improving the condition and standards in the private rented housing stock via advice, engagement and enforcement. The Team consists of a mixture of Senior EHOs, EHOs and Technical Officers, some of whom have been recruited fairly recently and they look forward to welcoming a new temporary member of the team.
In order to qualify you will have to demonstrate that you have good housing enforcement skills. You must either hold the EHORB certificate or you have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within this field whilst also holding the HHSRS certificate.
The client is offering rates from £35 to £44.61 PH Umbrella. Our client is looking to fill this full time role ASAP and will offer a 6 month contract.
