Private Sector Housing Officer

A local authority based in Sussex is looking for an experienced housing officer to join their team.

Duties include:

• HHSRS Inspections
• HMO's
• Complaints and enquiries
• Scruitinise planning and building regulations
• Project work

The council are looking ideally for a senior EHO in the team but would consider a significantly experienced officer. So having a full EH qualification is preferred.

They are offering a very flexible working arrangement with a minimum of 2/3 days on site. Initially this role is looking like a 6 month contract with an option to extend.
