This position will be due to start at the beginning of October and will initially be running until March 2023. You will be working with in relatively small team in a semi-rural part of Nottinghamshire. Ideally suitable candidate would be able to work full time hours. There will be the opportunity to complete admin work at home, however a district presence would also be required to carry out inspections etc.
About the Role:
HHSRS inspections, investigating complaints made by the public relating to poor housing conditions and taking appropriate enforcement action. Serving statutory notices and taking cases through to prosecution where necessary.
Identify and inspect HMOs, ensuring standards are met and taking enforcement action where required.
Working with landlords to educate on good housing conditions
Qualifications and experience:
The client has specified that the suitable candidate will be HHSRS certified and have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
