I am currently working with a local authority based in Worcestershire and they're looking to take on an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer on a 6 month contract.
The duties will be general private sector housing work, majority is based around inspecting residential sites and will include some caravan site licensing work. If you don't have experience within CSL they're willing to train you up in this area...
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skillset.
You will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days max a week, and the rest split between WFH and doing your inspections.
Contract Details
- Full time or Part time (25 hours minimum)
- 6 Month Contract +
- WFH/Flexible working: Yes
- £33 - £38 Per hour (DOE)
