Environmental Health Officer

Looking for a high paying role to take you through the rest of the year?

I’m currently working with a West Midlands based local authority who are looking for someone to join the Environmental Health team covering Private Sector Housing and Statutory Nuisance.

Equal experience in both isn’t essential, however if you’ve had a lot of experience in either area that would be beneficial - this is a great opportunity to gain some more experience in either area of EH and add some more strings to your bow!

With statutory nuisance you will be dealing with:

• Noise complaints
• Artificial lights
• Insect infestations
• Smoke, dust and odour complaints

With Private Sector Housing you will be dealing with:

• HHSRS requests – e.g., disrepair, overcrowding etc
• HMO Licensing
• Ukrainian Refugee Inspections
