Environmental Health Officer

Contract details:

- £40 - £42 per hour umbrella

- Mid September start date

- 3 month initial contract (potential for extension)

Main responsibilities:

- Routine food hygiene inspection of Category B-E risk rated premises

- Responding to and investigating food hygiene complaints

You will be working within the commercial team of a rural authority. The role will be covering a vacant post and would require a mixture of on district and home based work. Ideally the client would prefer someone there on a full time basis, but would consider part time for the right candidate.

Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection. You would also need to be able to provide evidence of 20 hours CPD, along with a completed competency matrix.
