Our client, based in Gloucestershire are looking for an experienced Community Safety Practitioner to provide day to day line management support to the Community Safety Team. The team supports Anti- Social Behaviour issues, community tensions, hate crime and community safety CCTV.
Duties for this role include:
-Direct line team management of 2 people but will also be a point of advice and guidance to a wider team of 10 people.
-Subject matter expert for advice and guidance and advising both the team and stakeholders on case appropriate actions.
-Performance monitoring and chasing progress reports.
-Monitoring contracts for street marshals and violence reduction.

As the requirement as an ASAP start, our client will only be able to consider those who are experienced in managing Anti-social behaviour issues, community tensions, hate crime and community safety CCTV. It is essential that you are an experienced line manager and excellent supervisor and are able to help the team through a busy work load.

This is a full time post, working 37 hours per week. The contract will run until February 2023. The current advertised rate is £30 per hour Umbrella but we are happy to help negotiate a higher rate for you upon CV submission.
