Private Sector Housing Officer

A local authority based in Sussex is looking for an experienced EHO/Private Sector Housing officer to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract.

The role is a generalist Private Sector Housing role with duties such as:

• HMO's
• Service requests
• Landlord's Accreditation
• HHSRS

A September start would be the most likely at the moment. 

The role is to cover someone who is leaving so the contract would be looking like a 3-6 month role.

Rates would be starting from £37+ per hour depending on experience and the manager is keen to have a chat ASAP to get something sown up.
