Job Details
Our client, based in North London, are looking for a Project Manager in the Waste department. This is an additional support role working with closely with the current management team, Director of Env & Ops and Head of Public Realm the role is to support the Council in a service review for Street Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services.
They need someone to deal with benchmarking and service development to deliver improvements to quality of service provided for residents as well as transformation of frontline services and delivering alternative delivery models to improve performance and standards. You will work very closely with existing management team to develop proposals and implement them accordingly.
To be successful in this application it is crucial that you have experience running large waste, public realm or parks service and you must be capable of leading transformational service reviews as well as being good at analysis and process improvements. Experience of managing Environmental Services Leadership is vital. It is useful to have experience in report writing Designing and implementing new service models.
The role will be office based but with some flexibility and also on site where required to understand the current services to observe. Placement duration 6 to 12 months and they are looking to pay £450 per day Umbrella.
