Environmental Health Officer (Ref: ADC1226)
2 x Full Time Posts
£35,336 per annum plus £1561 market supplement that is reviewed annually

Your role will be to help improve housing standards in the District by working with property owners and landlords to ensure homes are managed and maintained in line with existing legislation, regulation and good practice.
Working in a hybrid way, including from home, in the office and out on site, your tasks will include;
- Management of housing disrepair HMO license applications and inspections Pro-active advice and support to landlords Investigating alleged illegal evictions Supporting existing selective licensing schemes
We are looking for a qualified officer with passion, drive and a commitment to make a difference. If you have these qualities, we will teach you the rest.
