Job Details
Our client, based in Essex are looking for some temporary cover whilst they undertake longer term recruitment to help support the work of the private sector housing function and specifically in relation to the statutory licensing of houses in multiple occupation.
They are looking for an Environmental Health Practitioner with previous experience in relation to HMO licensing and enforcement, and application of the Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme. Experience of Caravan Site licensing would also be welcome.
If successful you will be offered at month contract with flexi-time. they are looking to pay £30-£34PH but we can ask for more for the right person, part time is an option and you would be based at home but need to be close to the district to complete visits.
