Looking for a contract that also has a bit of job security?

The role that I am working on is covering a permanent employee that is currently on maternity leave and due to return in April next year and will be paying £38 per hour (approx £65,000). This give you 9 months at a great rate secured.

As currently stands the role would be a hybrid of both Private Sector Housing and Environmental Protection. Ideally you would have experience of the following:

- HMO licensing

- HHSRS inspections
- Ukrainian refugee inspections

- Investigation of statutory nuisance complaints (Noise, dust, odour etc)

The client has advised that although they would prefer a candidate with experience in both, they will also consider candidates that specialise in one of the given areas. The role would be full time and you would be required to be on district for 2/3 days per week as required.
