Job Details

Our client, based in South West London are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their Housing Enforcement team.
The post holder will support the team in the regulation of the private rented housing sector by investigating complaints regarding public health and the private rented housing sector. This includes carrying out inspections of properties using the HHSRS and taking appropriate enforcement action in line with the enforcement policy, specifically the drafting and serving of statutory notices. The post holder will have a focus on Fire safety in residential blocks.
This role requires an officer who has at least 3 years experience of working in this field. You must at the very least hold the HHSRS Certificate as well.
The contract will run for an initial 3 months and will pay up to £35 Umbrella.
