A client I am working with based in a local authority in Norfolk is currently seeking a fully qualified Food Safety Officer on either a part time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate must be competent under the Food Law Code of Practice and Guidance to carry out all categories of food safety inspections / interventions.

This contract will be a rolling contract to help clear up the back log of inspections. For the right person they are willing to be as flexible as possible to find a working arrangement that works for you and them as they understand people may have other commitments. The client has specified that the only district related work will be the inspections and all paperwork can be done at home.
