COMMERCIAL SERVICES OFFICER (CD AND HEALTH AND SAFETY)

Pay Details: Grade 9, SCP 31 – 35, £35,336 - £39,571 p.a.

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours / Monday - Friday

Main Place of Work: Cardiff, Bridgend, and Vale of Glamorgan

Contract: Temporary for 2 years

Shared Regulatory Services (SRS) is an innovative collaborative service formed between Bridgend, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan Councils. The Service delivers a fully integrated service under a single management structure for trading standards, environmental health and licensing functions.

Description:

You will be based within our Regional Communicable Disease and Health and Safety Team and will have primary responsibility for the enforcement of Environmental Health legislation within the remit of Commercial Services.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive work, as well as having an opportunity to develop, and implement, a range of proactive project-based interventions.
