Job Details
We have recently been awarded a 4 year contract to deliver food premises inspections across West Yorkshire. We will typically be asked to complete somewhere in the region of 2000-3000 per year for mainly Cat C/D and Unrated premises; there may also be some Cat B and Cat E work on occasion.
The spec is extremely straight forward, all admin and data input is handled by the client. Your work will focus on carrying out the full inspection, producing the report and issuing the risk rating inspection score. The work programme is totally flexible, allowing you to work evenings and weekends.
Rates on offer are market leading and will increase year on year if you decide to stay on the project long term. Cat C/D are currently paying £50 and £46 per inspection. Cat B pay £70 per inspection.
We are looking for anyone who is food competent as per FSA Code of Practice guidelines and is available to commit short or long term to a number of inspections. You do not necessarily need to work every week, you can control your own work schedule.
You can work outside IR35 if you choose to or you can work via an umbrella company.
