Environmental Health Officer/Private Sector Housing Officer

Our client in Kent is recruiting for an Environmental Health Officer / Private Sector Housing Officer to start in January 2022 for an initial period of 3 months.

You will be required to:

undertake HMO investigation based on tenure intelligence data to identify and inspect properties that may be HMOs.
undertake checks to records and properties and take action to ensure that they are up to standard and appropriately licensed.
Requirements

· HHSRS

· Good report writing skills

· Technical knowledge within HMOs
