Housing Standards Support Officer
Salary between £21,432 and £25,608 per annum
Full time – 12 month temporary contract
Based at King’s Court Council Office
We need you to provide general assistance and support in the running of a small Housing Standards Team. You will assist with housing complaints including prioritising these, and provide administrative support for HMO licence and residential caravan site licence applications. You will also co-ordinate and provide relevant data for senior officers.
With an awareness of housing issues, you will have experience of working with the public and partners. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and in using computerised systems, with the ability to prioritise a range of duties.
