Job Details

Our client, based in South Yorkshire are looking to appoint a suitably qualified Senior Private Sector Housing Officer to assist in HMO licensing activities who is able to lead in prosecutions if cases get to that stage.

In order to be considered you would need to be HHSRS accredited, conversant with legislation as it relates to the Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and have a minimum of 2 years experience in enforcing HMO licensing and Housing Act legislation.

This is a full time post, working remotely for approximately 80% of the week. The contract will run for an initial 4 month period to the end of March 2022 however it is likely to be extended beyond that.

Rates are negotiable, paying between £33 and £40 per hour, Umbrella.
