Food Safety Inspector(s)

Our client is looking for us to complete 470 Cat D food hygiene / standards inspections within 6 months.

Each premises will require a full inspection, completion of report, issuing of Food Hygiene Rating Score and establishing of the risk rating. Paperwork will need to be returned to the client offices within 7 days; you may also be able to return electronically (subject to data sharing arrangements).

For premises scoring 0-2 you will be required to draft a letter using templates. Where you come across problematic premises requiring closure you may be required to assist with this and an additional payment will be made for your time. Any closure notice / procedure will be taken over and completed by one of our Client's Officers.

We need food competent Officers qualified for both hygiene and standards work.

Our client is based in central London; you will not need a car as we will be able to allocate premises close together so you can use public transport or even walk between visits.

The work will be paid on a per inspection basis, the work will be outside IR35 for this wishing to work via a Ltd Company. We are looking to pay around £50-£60 per inspection.
