To tell you a bit about this position.

A client I am working with based in a local authority in Essex is currently seeking a fully qualified Food Safety Officer on either a part time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate must be competent under the Food Law Code of Practice and Guidance to carry out all categories of food safety inspections / interventions.

This contract will go for 6 months to begin with and possibly be extended from there. For the right person they are willing to be as flexible as possible to find a working arrangement that works for you and them as they understand people may have other commitments.
