Job Details

We have the opportunity to bid for a 2 year contract with a local authority client in North Yorkshire. They required c700 food premises inspections within the next 2 years. A certain percentage of these are seasonal premises which will need to be visited during the summer months.

The vast majority of the 700 will be Cat D (c600) with the rest being Cat E premises. They will require a full inspection, anticipated to take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. You will be expected to accurately complete a detailed inspection report and issue the FHRS and risk rating.

For premises rated less than 4 you will be required to draft the relevant letter (using templates) and schedule (if required) and send it to the Council together within 7 days of the inspection.

We do not necessarily need you to commit for the full 2 year period, we are happy to split the workload. The programme is entirely flexible and we can allocate based on your specific availability.

The work will be outside IR35.

To keep things simple we intend to pay a flat rate of at least £55 per inspection. We are open to negotiation on this so please contact us ASAP to register your interest.

We have to submit a response by November 3rd.
