Your New Organisation 

This London based Local Authority is currently going through a busy period, and is looking for some additional assistance to help clear a backlog of work that has been forming.  

Your New Position 

You will be working as an Officer within a busy Private Sector Housing team. 

Areas Covered: 

• HHSRS and HMO Inspections
• Housing Standards
• Disrepair
• Enforcement
• Civil Penalties & Prosecutions (Experience in this area is desirable although not essential)

You will need to have previous experience working as a Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer in a Local Authority setting to be considered for this position.
