This role is based in Suffolk working at a Local Authority covering Food Safety with a good client of mine and a supportive team. This contract will be a full-time contract and offers a few days on site and the rest working from home.

The rates for this role will be starting at £43 per hour and will go up depending on your experience. This role will be covering unrated premises and CAT A-E premises.  
It will be essential that you have a solid, recent knowledge of current food safety/hygiene standards and regulations. You must either be a certified EHO or hold a higher-level certificate in Food Safety. It is essential that you have an up-to-date knowledge of current legislation and have over 2 years’ experience working within Food Safety in Local Authority.

If you’re unable to commit to full-time hours that’s okay as my client is happy to have people working part time or finding the right arrangement that works for you.
This contract will run until the end of March and is looking for someone to start ASAP.
