Our client, based in the very North East of England are looking to appoint an experienced EHO who is able to undertake HHSRS and HMO inspections. Additional experience in Noise would be great but housing is the most essential for now.
The role requires someone who is HHSRS qualified, EHORB would be great as well. Experience within this field is a must, with at least 2 years in local authority.
Our client is very flexible with the working hours and days, happy to consider full and part time, 1 to days a week is not ruled out. As this is a very rural area it would be helpful if you had your own vehicle, they do have pool cars but they must be left on site at the council once finished.
The role will run for 3 months, possibly longer. ASAP start. Rates will be negotiable, starting at £35 Umbrella Ltd. Please note that this is the starting rate and the client is willing to negotiate higher for the right candidate.
