Job Title: Health & Safety/Food Safety Consultant

Location: Sentinel House, Bromsgrove, B60 4DJ

Salary/Package: Up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits

Health & Safety/Food Safety Consultant Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and provide health & safety/food safety solutions to a diverse range of clients from SMEs to multi-nationals. The role involves the initial onboarding of clients as well as auditing, undertaking risk assessments, preparing HACCP documentation and developing tailored solutions. You will liaise with clients to build positive business relationships, provide consultancy support, investigate accidents and deliver training/mentoring. We are not hampered by ‘corporate structures’ and office politics, so you will have a direct impact on how we operate. You’ll be based at our Bromsgrove office but there is scope for flexible working. On occasions, you will need to travel and work away from home.

Your Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

You will be an experienced Environmental Health Practitioner/Health & Safety Practitioner qualified to Grad IOSH or CMIOSH level in occupational safety & health with experience in food safety. You will have practical experience in the field of health & safety and food safety. If you have enforced health and safety/food safety legislation or worked as a consultant, this will be an advantage. You will work in a dynamic collaborative work environment, so you’ll need to be organised and have good IT skills. If you’re highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will fit in perfectly and have the opportunity to progress your career in a positive environment.
