Job Details

Our client, based in East London are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their team in October. They require someone who is able to undertake inspections of private rented dwellings and processing of HMO licence applications, draft licence conditions and where appropriate take enforcement action for breaches.

This role will require at least 2 years experiences within a local authority setting. You must, at a minimum hold the HHSRS certificate.

The Contract is due to start Mid to late October and is for 3 months however it is likely to be extended subject to satisfactory performance.

This would be a mixture of home working and having to be on site for inspections. They are paying £30-£36PH LTD. Along with the money that will also be able to assist in paying for training courses and/or allow you to shadow in learning new disciplines such as Food.
