Our client in the South East of England is looking to appoint a Head of Intelligence and Performance. They are looking for someone passionate, organised and naturally curious leader to lead
the roll-out of the new performance framework, working with officers and
elected members to ensure strategic and operational oversight is provided and
data is used to drive decision making across the business.

The role holder will lead on the use of data and insight to inform decision making, enabling members and leaders at all levels to drive business performance and set the future direction for the organisation. Collecting, analysing and interpreting customer insight and other diverse and complex data, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the centre of expertise for intelligence and

Acting as the strategic expert and lead for organisational performance and intelligence, through the use of business insight/intelligence, business planning, performance reporting and programme management and providing a coordinated approach to these areas in terms of policy, process and practice. The role will work to develop, deploy and continuously improve the organisations approach to ensuring decision-making is evidence led and that performance management disciplines are embedded as a core skill set throughout the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have Fellowship membership of a relevant professional body or equivalent high level experience of involved practices and have previous experience in a similar role.
The role is set fr 6 months initially, with the pay rate at £550/day umbrella. The majority of this role can be done remotely but you may be required to come into the office from time to time.
