We have an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for contracts that will see them until the end of March 2022! Our client, based in Lancashire are looking for an Environmental Protection Officer to work on all aspects of environmental regulation, so you must have a broad knowledge of environmental health law and practice, it is also important you understanding the regulation and enforcement of statutory nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

The work will involve responding to service requests for Statuary Nuisance such as Noise - domestic and commercial, Drainage, Odour etc. To be successful you do not have to be EHRB registered however you must be good officer & suitably capable of doing the work with only minimal training.

If you are successful you will be offered a pay rate starting from £35PH Umbrella. As the council is now back in the office our clients preference would be for someone who is comfortable doing the same, they will however consider those who would prefer to do the admin from home. You must however be able to be on site for the better part of the week. Full time is desirable but they would consider 4 long days or part time, this would depend upon your experience.
