Our client, based in Yorkshire are looking to appoint a suitably qualified Senior Private Rented Standards Officer to assist in HMO licensing activities.
In order to be considered you would need to be HHSRS accredited, conversant with legislation as it relates to the Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and have a minimum of 2 years experience in enforcing HMO licensing and Housing Act legislation.
You will work fairly autonomously and be given the chance to take control of your own case load so we are looking for a competent Officer who is able to work under these conditions i.e. with minimal supervision.
They can offer an excellent rate, up to £35/hr (umbrella) for those with high level experience. This is a full time post, working remotely for approximately 80% of the week and will initially be offered for 3-6 months.
