Food Safety Officer

We are working on behalf of one of my clients based in Scotland assisting them in the recruitment of an experienced food competent officer to help tackle their substantial backlog of food safety inspections.

The council wishes to recruit on either an hourly or per inspection basis.

They are offering immense flexibility with regards to hours, this contract will be a minimum of 12 months.

Experience carrying out all types of food hygiene inspections and complaint work is essential.

Ability to drive and have your own vehicle is essential.

The bulk of the workload would be category C-D however they do envisage some higher risk premises that would also require inspecting.

Hourly rate circa - £40-£45 per hour

A copy of relevant qualifications, CPD certificates and certificates of registration with EHORB/EHRB must be held on file by Buckingham Futures before the contract commences.
