Job Details
Our client, based in East London has an excellent opportunity in their PSH team and would like two people to start as soon as possible. The role combines the full range of private sector housing functions, including Inspection of Houses in Multiple Occupation especially dealing with Mandatory HMO, s (high Risk) and Additional HMO (low risk) and inspection of disrepair properties throughout the borough.
This role will require someone who is highly proficient within this remit, you will need to hold the HHSRS and a minimum of 2 years experience as well as someone with excellent knowledge in serving enforcement notices and prosecuting landlords. It is crucial that you have experience of proactive enforcement, doing raids, prosecutions and CPNs etc.
The role will run for 3 months and is a full time position. Rate on offer is £34.88PH Umbrela.
