Your role will have a particular focus on energy efficiency with line manager responsibility for an energy efficiency surveyor.
You will investigate complaints and enquiries about housing conditions, including the use of HHSRS assessments, and to take appropriate enforcement action.
You will also deal with a range of grant enquiries, bringing empty properties back into use, licensing of HMOs, enforcing minimum energy standards, and complaints of harassment.
You should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of specialist area related issues and have a commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service.
