To give you some details about the job’s I currently have on.

You will be joining great teams based in the pretty area of Norfolk. What teams are they you might ask? They are all teams for Private Sector Housing! Each council have teams of supportive workers and you will be joining people who also have a great personality so going to work to enjoy the social side of it also won’t be an issue.

There are all full-time contracts but also have the flexibility of part time and compressed days if that is what you are looking for. All the roles based in this area only require you to be on site between 1-3 days a week depending on what work you will be doing that week. These roles all have HMO inspections, HMO licensing, HHSRS inspection, empty properties and there are some that also have a bit of dis-repair and caravan park licensing and EP which are not essential.

1x Cambridge area: HMO licensing and enforcement - £38+ per hour + 12 months

1x Norfolk area: General reactive PSH work - £40+ per hour + rolling contract

2x Norfolk area: HMO licensing, HHSRS and empty properties £35+ per hour + 6 month
