Job Details
Our client, based in the South West, are looking for an MEES Officer (Housing Standards officer with MEES experience). This is a part time (20 hours) role working, the council's Private Sector Housing Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations and is available to offer advice and guidance to landlords and tenants in regards to Minimum energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector. They are looking for someone to help in the assistance of the regulation of residential letting agents and energy efficiency in homes (MEES regulations) and buildings.
To be successful you will to have a detailed knowledge of legislation involving energy efficiency (MEES) regulation and residential letting agents as well as experience in Private Sector Housing Enforcement.
If you are selected for this assignment you will be offered a 20 hour, £33PH LTD contact until 31st March 2022.
