Our local authority client, based in the East Midlandsare looking to appoint 2 experienced Private Sector Housing officers to work as part of a team in the provision of a comprehensive support service for the Private Sector Housing Team.
To be responsible for the delivery of legally compliant documentation for officers and the public through the preparation and service of statutory notices and licences within HMO licensing schemes, housing enforcement and other support roles as required.
This role will require an experienced housing enforcement officer with HHSRS experience in HMOs. Our client will not consider anyone without this experience, you must have at least 2 years experience within Private Sector Housing in a local authority setting.
This role is due to start as soon as possible and will run for an initial 3 months. Rates will be up to £35-£45 per hour (Umbrella).
