Job Details
Our client is a Local Authority in South London who need a number of Cat C food premises completing over the next few months.
Ideally they would love to recruit someone full time but they are happy to consider those with reduced availability since the work will be paid per inspection and can be carried out flexibly.
We need competent EHOs who can inspect at this level. You will need the ability to determine risk and select appropriate interventions to achieve food safety, food standards, and/or health and safety at work compliance using a risk based approach.
You will need to provide evidence of your competency in line with the current Food Standard Agency Code of Practice and you will need EHRB registration or equivalent.
The rate will be £50 per premises and you will focus entirely on the inspection; admin will be handled in house.
