Job Details
Our client, based in the South West, are looking for a full or part time, experienced and fully competent EHO/Private Sector Housing Officer to join their Housing Standards Team for an initial 3 months which, if all goes well will be extended to 18 further months. The role will be leading up the follow up work of a recently completed Housing stock survey. With 250 unlicensed HMOs the Council are looking to head up the licensing of these HMOs.
To be successful you must have experience in Licensing HMOs, HHSRS inspections and general Private Sector Housing. Having experience of Complex enforcement will help you application.
You will be offered a contract paying £35-£40 PH LTD using an Umbrella company.
