Job Details
Our client, based in Essex, are looking for a full-time, experienced and fully competent EHO/Private Sector Housing Officer to join their Housing Standards Team for a period of around 9 months. The role will entail investigating complaints from tenants, undertaking HMO inspections and determining applications for mandatory HMO licences, drafting letters, schedules of work and notices.
To be successful you must have an excellent standard of literacy and attention to detail. Based partly in their office and partly from home. You must have experience doing all of the above in a Local Authority setting and be able to start ASAP.
You will be offered a 9 month contract paying £32-£36PH LTD using un Umbrella company.
