A client of mine based in the Gloucestershire area is looking for a Private Sector Housing officer on a part time or full time basis on a 6-9 month contract. You will have great knowledge within HMO's, unlicensed HMO's and dealing with enforcement action.
This position will only require you to be on site 1-2 days a week, allowing you to work from home for 3-4 days on a weekly basis.
Contract Details
- Full time OR Part time ( 22-24 hours)
- 6-9 Month Contract
- Flexible / WFH Available
- £30-£35 Per hour (DOE)
The client is looking ideally for a ASAP start, but is willing to wait for the right candidate.
