Our client, based on East Anglia are are looking for a Housing Manager to cover the team while a permanent member of the team is being recruited. You will be Managing a busy Private Sector Housing team who deal with all Housing work. Having experience in Enforcement as we as the more strategic side of the role is important, this is a team is going through change so it is crucial you can manage this change.

To be successful in this application it is crucial that you have Local Authority experience in Managing a Private Sector Housing team, they also expect expertise of private sector housing and property licensing within the local government framework Including, the enforcement and regulatory functions, of the Housing Act 2004, Housing and Planning Act 2016, Public Health, other landlord and tenant law and the application of all other relevant legal and practical principles.

On offer is an initial 5 month contract starting at the start of August however this is likely to be extended. You will be offered £425PH LTD depending on experience.
