Based at King’s Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn

Come to West Norfolk as a trainee Environmental Quality Officer or a Senior Environmental Quality Officer within our dedicated scientific team.  We can provide excellent training in the environmental specialism of contaminated land. You may want to develop a career protecting the environment or you may be an experienced professional who wants to use their brownfield skills on more complex cases. You will assist the Scientific Officer to carry out investigations and risk assessment of Contaminated Land sites and respond to planning consultations on brownfield land.  You will also be trained to take the lead role in the Licensing of Scrap Metal Dealers and assist the Environmental Health Manager with a varied range of other environmental quality work.
