Private Sector Housing Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our Private Sector Housing team and the Home Environment Assessment and Response Team (HEART).

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in private sector housing services. The post is directly responsible for the Private Sector Housing team working across Nuneaton and Bedworth and North Warwickshire Councils and the Home Improvement Team which works across the whole of Warwickshire within a partnership delivering disabled facilties and improvement grants.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of Private Sector Housing and the housing standards and construction aspect of HEART. You will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and caring service to NBBC residents and those of partner Boroughs and Districts by the two teams. HEART has a capital budget of £4.5m and procured contractors for which this post is responsible.

The ability to actively network and develop partnerships with internal and external agencies is essential across Warwickshire along with the ability deliver and develop services in line with the partnership agreements.
