Housing Standards Officer

Buckingham futures are recruiting for Housing Standards Officer in West London to carry out a wide range of investigation and enforcement duties in respect to the full range of private rented housing sector, premises in multiple occupations providing a high-quality customer focussed service to residents and elected members, resolving complaints, carrying out environmental enforcement and providing technical advice.

To be considered you would require experience in preparing HHSRS risk assessments, reports, schedules of defects and repair specifications and possess three or more years experience in a similar role undertaking complaint and casework related to the full range of private rented housing sector, premises in multiple occupations.
