Job Details
Our client, based on the South Coast are looking for a Private Sector Housing Compliance Officer who will be completing revisits to House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licensed properties to check compliance with schedule of works, carrying out revisits to single dwelling disrepair complaints in the private rented sector to check compliance with schedule of works, undertaking HHSRS inspections for single dwelling complaints in private rented sector and Investigating unlicensed HMOs.
Candidates will need to be Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualified and have experience of inspecting properties and carrying out HHSRS assessments and taking action under the Housing Act 2004
If successful in this application you will be offered an initial 3 month contract however this is likely to be extended. The work pattern will be Monday to Friday 37 hrs per week with flexible working times and you will be working from home but will need to be visiting 2-3 days a week on district.
