My client in the South West area is currently looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer on a 6-9 month contract. WFH and flexible working will also be available with the current circumstances.
You will have valuable knowledge within the sector and heavily experienced within HMO’s, HHSRS Inspections and enforcement action.
Contract Duties / Responsibilities
- Complaint work- Investigation of complaints and poor housing conditions
- Inspections- Inspections of potential hazards and potential HMO’s
- Enforcement- Appropriate enforcement action to gain improvements.
Contract Details
- Full time 37 hours
- 6-9 Months
- WFH / Flexible working
- £30-£35 Per hour (DOE)
