Job Details
Our client, based in the South West are looking for a Private Sector Housing Team Leader to work with them for an initial 6 month contract. They need an experienced manager who can come in with a level of experience to assist in the smooth running of the service. As well as looking after the team you will be the point of contact for more complex Private Sector Housing cases.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering successful enforcement transformation across the private sector housing including housing standards and enforcement, mandatory HMO licensing, disabled facilities grants, and caravan sites licensing.
If successful you will be offered an initial 6 month contract paying £40-£45PH LTD depending on the level of experience you show on your CV.
This role will involve remote working, and in many cases only one or two days attendance in Gloucester is likely to be required to undertake site visits etc. Therefore the roles may suit candidates who would normally not be interested due to geographical constraints.
