Job Details

Our client in the South West of England is looking to appoint a Senior Health Programme Advisor. Specifically they are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong partnership development skills. You will work closely with strategic partners, including two Local Authorities, Schools, Early Years and Health colleagues, to implement a programme of work, improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.

An initial programme plan and budget has been agreed and you will be accountable for delivering programme objectives, agreed milestones and providing all relevant documentation to local boards including the Health Protection Board. The programme of work is in heavily focused on existing priorities but also recognises emerging schemes as a result of the impact from Covid-19.

To carry out these roles you will need skills in project management, collaborative working and both strategic and operational partnering. It is essential that you have good engagement and communication skills and commissioning experience and you are confident prioritising conflicting demands. Previous roles will have give you a solid grounding in financial management procedures and report writing

The role is set at an initial 7 month contract taking it to the end of December. We'd expect to pay at least £245/day. Please contact us for further info.
