If so this post might be ideal for you. The Local Authority is based in the very busy Greater Manchester/ Lancashire area and looking to bring two PSH Officers in asap.

The first will require you to be out and on the district to complete HMO inspections. Your job will solely to perform HMO Licensing Inspections on the flair system. Experience using Flair is essential.

The second is a Selective Licensing post. They are looking for you to

• Perform HHSRS Housing Inspections
• Risk assessments.

Because they are a small team an experienced officer will be required. The PSH team consists of just one other officer plus the manager.
