Food Safety Inspectors

We have recently secured a further 12 month extension to a long standing contract we have with a client in West Yorkshire. Over the course of a year we typically deliver 300-400 food premises inspections across a range of categories and this year we expect to be particularly busy catching up on a backlog of work from the past 12 months.

Our immediate priority is to deliver around 180 Cat D inspections through a combination of remote followed by physical inspection and we are now actively seeking anyone with availability to deliver a batch of inspections over the next few months. We do not necessarily need you to commit for the full year and we are happy to allocate small numbers if this suits your circumstances.

The work programme is flexible and can fit around any other work commitments you have. You will complete the inspections, complete a report and issue the FHRS; admin will be carried out in house. We will pay £42 for a Cat D inspection.

You will need to be food competent with recent experience carrying out local authority inspection work. You will need to have access to your own vehicle for travel around the district.

The work is outside IR35 for those wanting to work via a Ltd Co.
